About me

Hi, I'm David! For the past 10 years, my partners and I have been helping Londoners transform their health and confidence.

My background as a chef gives me a unique edge in nutrition – I know how to make healthy food that actually tastes great. We've helped many individuals overcome obesity through our science-based approach using DEXA scans for precise progress tracking and goal establishment.

Working alongside physiotherapists and Body View, we provide comprehensive care that gets results, while keeping you injury-free.

A decade of experience has taught me that real transformation comes from sustainable habits, not quick fixes.

Here's how we work

Consultation

An initial consultation with me or the team, where we try and understand what you're struggling with, and suggest the best course of action. Please be aware that we unfortunately can't help everyone, and sometimes have to refer to specialists or GPs.

DEXA Scan and Posture checkup*

DEXA scan checks you body composition, posture assessment allows us to make the right decisions in terms of your training plan. 

*Optional, however, past clients showed better adherence and on average progressed up to 25% faster, as opposed to those who didn't choose to get scanned and assessed due to us having more information to support the next step - goal setting.

Goal setting, training and assesments

Based on your assessment we set your Ultimate Goal, monthly milestones, weekly targets, daily tasks. If you've never done anything like that, we start small and build up as you become more confident.

Do I have to be fit to start?

Do I have to go on a diet?

How does online training work?

No! Each program is designed to make you fit and fit you perfectly.

No! We analyse your eating habits and suggest small tweaks and teach you effective portion control. You absolutely do not need a special diet. 

We use zoom as our platform of choice, but are open to your preferences. You only need your phone and minimal equipment in the gym, or an outdoor training area, such as a park or your backyard. If something doesn't fully suit you, we have solutions.
